Since graduating from the University of Manchester with a degree in Social Anthropology, Nana has been consulting on CSR initiatives and enabling companies to better understand and report on their impact. Through her work, Nana has championed positive social change within both the third sector and private sector. She is working with #10000BlackInterns to support the delivery of the 2022 programme.

Julie is a Diversity and Inclusion specialist who has worked in organisations in the Third Sector and in recruitment. Following her undergraduate study at King's College London, Julie completed a Masters in International Economic Law, Justice and Development and worked as part of the UKBA Gateway scheme team. More recently, she has worked in the diversity and inclusion space, creating and delivering programmes to improve access for underrepresented candidates to careers in Law, Financial Services, Creative Industries, the Third Sector and many more.

Treasure is a graduate from the University of Warwick, where he studied an Integrated Masters in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. With the skills he gathered from various experiences, he joined Motivez as their Head of Operations, helping young people from diverse backgrounds to solve the world's biggest problems in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths). He is a youth worker and mentor at the Hebe Foundation, as well as a school governor at Archbishop Tenison's School in Kennington, South London.

Jacob was first involved in the launch of the #100BlackInterns initiative as a programme consultant, advising on social media strategy. He is now the Social Media Manager for the #10000BlackInterns initiative. Having won the 2017 National Spanish Debating Competition, Jacob studied Spanish at the University of Manchester, where he also worked for Red Bull as a Brand Manager alongside his studies.

Kirstie graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Law in 2019 and went on to complete a Master's in International Business Law at Queen Mary University of London in 2020. Kirstie co-founded CLUB mentoring in her sixth-form and Black Women at the Bar (BWAB) whilst completing her Masters. She was selected amongst the top 100 of “the UK’s most outstanding African & Caribbean students and new graduates” in Powerful Media’s Future Leaders Magazine (2017/18 ed) for her work to increase access to higher education and to The Bar.
